Autoboss Club held a webinar for SUM students

On 19 February experts from Autoboss Club visited the students of the Automobile Business Management programme. Accompanied by the Head of Recruitment Projects Yekaterina Samodumova and Yuliya Zenovich, the students watched a video about the club, which is unique in Russia.

During the webinar, the speakers told the students about the current requirements for managerial positions in the automotive business and specifics of working in the industry; they revealed the details of successful management cases, explained what is included in the KPIs of managers and talked about the features of service in dealerships.

 As part of the cooperation, A Stepanov, Head of the Department of Transport Complexes Management, Doctor of Science, and A Kanke, Director of the Higher School of Business of SUM, discussed the prospects for further cooperation between SUM and Autoboss Club. The parties considered the potential of the SUM bachelor degree programme ‘Automobile Business Management’ for the professional community of the automotive industry as well as the possibility of organising industry round tables and forums under the auspices of SUM. Business is interested in training relevant professionals and conducting industry research; therefore, the idea of developing a joint master’s programme for the top management of the automotive business and MBA projects were discussed.
