SUM’s ‘Gather Your Team’ Webinar on Making an Effective Team

The State University of Management hosted the ‘Gather Your Team’ scientific and practice workshop.

The workshop was led by Viktoriya Degtyaryova, Associate Professor at the Innovation Management Department, and took place remotely via the ZOOM platform as part of the scientific and technical events held at Tochka Kipeniya.  

The event brought together more than 35 students. During the discussion participants used diagnostic methods to determine their potential roles and places in the project team. This helps students understand their strengths and identify areas for developing competencies.
