Recorded Videos of the State University of Management Scientific Online Events Available on Twitch
This week, from 20 April to 24 April, the State University of Management held a number of interesting online events, ranging from seminars to conferences. If you missed the live stream, we have good news for you: all videos are recorded and available on the official Twitch channel of the State University of Management! To make it easier to navigate, we have prepared a review with descriptions and links to the events.
The event participants discussed local self-government and its role in the structure of the Russian Federation as well as the changing development course due to the pandemic. The central message of the event was voiced by the Chair of the Public Administration Department Vladimir Zotov, ‘Local self-government succeeded’.
The speakers of the conference included teachers, professors, experts and students of the State University of Management.
Round table: ‘The Role of IT in Shifting Industrial Paradigms’.
The round table has convened experts to discuss the impact of IT on the industrial revolution, the potential transition to Society 5.0, the role of technology in shifting the paradigm as well as a number of other issues.
Round table: ‘Prospects for the Development of Investment and Construction Activities in Russia’.
One of this week’s most pressing topics is the regulation and financing of investment and construction activities during a pandemic. The speaker at the event was a shadow audit expert, Nikolay Kulyasov. He outlined how development projects will be implemented in the context of crisis situations and what kind of difficulties business is currently facing.
Seminar: ‘Volunteering as a Form of Youth’s Social Activity. Project Activities in Volunteering’.
This webinar will explain how volunteers and volunteer movements organise their project work, how to set goals and objectives and how to efficiently build the work of volunteer organisations.
At the seminar dedicated to the Institute of Marketing’s anniversary, students and teachers summed up their work for 15 years. The speaker at the event was Gennadiy Azoyev, Director of the Institute of Marketing. He recounted the history of the Institute and its main achievements. The participants have also discussed the development during the pandemic and new approaches to organisational and project activities.
At the conference, students, professors and invited experts discussed Russia’s investment potential trends and challenges. An interesting issue was raised by Dmitriy Parasyuk, Senior Manager and Loan Manager at Promsvyazbank, who spoke on the Prospects for the Development of Technological Price Audit in Russia.
