Results of the 9th Kibanov International Inter-University HR Forum ‘Innovative HR Management’
The State University of Management has announced the results of the 9th Kibanov International Inter-University HR Forum ‘Innovative HR Management’.
The 9th Kibanov International Inter-University HR Forum ‘Innovative HR Management’ lasted a month, with events taking place from 15 April to 15 May. The forum was initially planned to take place offline, but after the University switched to remote operations the organisers quickly moved all the events online. This also allowed guests from all over the country to watch.
400 participants attended the events of the online forum, including students and professors of Russian universities as well as representatives of companies working in real sectors of the economy. Participants submitted their scientific articles for competitions, attended conferences and took part in open round table discussions. School graduates also had the chance to participate in an Olympiad, with the winners being awarded additional points for the University’s admission exams.
The jury at the events included representatives from more than 70 universities and organisations, which made it possible to assess the quality of the works submitted by contestants as objectively as possible. Some competition activities were held online using such tools as Google Forms, Google Drive and Google Sheets. These solutions enabled the organisers to coordinate the work of a large number of participants and to test out a new way of interacting with an active audience.
The last three days of the conference turned out to be the most eventful; the events held on 13–15 May included the online conference ‘The Way to Success’, the open round table discussion ‘Seek and Recruit. New Ideas for the Assessment of Job Candidates’ and the final reviews of works submitted by the finalists of the innovative research projects competition and the Student Olympiad ‘HR Management: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow’. The online events of the conference had 70 to 230 simultaneous viewers every day.
