Alexander Troitsky Appointed Acting Rector of the State University of Management

Alexander Troitsky, pro-rector of the State University of Management, has been appointed
provisional acting rector.

The corresponding order was signed by Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation
Valery Falkov following the appointment of SUM rector Ivan Lobanov as acting rector
 of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Alexander Troitsky graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute
with a degree in avionics and instrumentation. He began his
career at the State University of Management in 2017 as the Head of the Directorate for Academic Policy
and the Implementation of Training Programmes. In 2018, he was appointed pro-rector in charge of
academic policy and training programmes.

Alexander Troitsky will begin work in his new position on 28 August 2020.
