SUM and Vykhino-Zhulebino District Council: Project Partners

On 20 February, the State University of Management held a round table meeting titled ‘Interaction between the State University of Management, the district council, the administration of Vykhino-Zhulebino municipality, mass media and social institutions in implementing district-level social development programmes’.

Participants at the meeting included Head of the Vykhino-Zhulebino District Council Sergey Sandurskiy, Vice Rector of the University Aleksandr Troitskiy, representatives from the Department for Admissions, Student Mobility and Employment, school principals and representatives from Vykhino-Zhulebino District mass media.

The round table featured a presentation on SUM’s educational activities and a discussion of the interactions between the parties.

The head of the district administration reaffirmed the importance of cooperation in the areas of vocational guidance, project activities for schoolchildren, student internship and graduate employment.

Yelena Lavrinenko, Deputy for Vykhino-Zhulebino District, Headmaster of State Educational Institution School No. 1363 and Chairperson of the Inter-District Board of Directors of Educational Institutions of Vykhino-Zhulebino, Ryazanskiy and Nekrasovka Districts, spoke of the readiness for creative, scientific and managerial cooperation.

Head of the District Council Sergey Sandurskiy and Vice Rector of SUM Aleksandr Troitskiy agreed on the need for cooperation between executive authorities, schools and SUM.
