A single electronic hotline number for the Dean’s Office

Starting 16 March 2020, and in response to the period of preventive measures surrounding the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, a single hotline of electronic dean’s office and technical support service has been established to support distance learning of full-time and part-time students of all institutes:

The hotline aims to explain the following to trainees:
 •  technical issues of personal account usage;
•  ordering and receiving references;
• distance training.

For distance learning students:

Hotline is available on weekdays from 11.00 to 16.00.
