Announcement. Online activities of the SUM Youth Policy and Education Department clubs

The State University of Management held an online conference with the club teams of the Youth Policy and Education Department to discuss the results of past events and the plans for future activities.

EcoClub and Studos teams took part in the webinar: ‘New Rules for Environmentally-Friendly Correspondence’. The webinar covered issues related to building effective communication in social networks, readability of posts and the creation of effective email campaigns. The Intellectual Club team attended an online lecture ‘Moscow Metro during the Second World War’ led by Aleksandr Odzho, Head of the MozGORating project.

The Youth Policy and Education Department club teams are developing their soft-skills via distance learning: the Garnet case club team took part in qualifying stages of two federal championships: Cup Ural 2020 and Cup It 2020.

This week the Youth Policy and Education Department clubs have planned plenty of fun and interesting online events.

• EcoClub is preparing quizzes, flash mobs and a series of posts on eco-friendly habits for subscribers on social networks.
• KVN will post videos of KVN League performances.
• Intellectual Club and International Friendship Club will launch themed quizzes.
• International Friendship Club, KVN, EcoClub and Luchik student group are preparing applications for the All-Russian contest of youth projects.
• SUM activists proposed creating an Achievement Club in a popular business club format. The concept will be presented in April.
• The Youth Policy and Education Department social media pages now have a new section called the Psychological Page, where psychologist Natalya Sheykhet explains how to cope with stress and emotional tension during the quarantine period.
• The clubs’ social media pages provide information on remote cultural leisure. For instance, PhotoСlub shared a list of free-access online cinemas.
