Automotive Industry Management Training: A Priority Area for Economic Development
During a meeting with the Cabinet, Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the country’s industrial development prospects in light of the coronavirus pandemic. The president stressed the importance of the automotive industry, which is set to become a pillar of the Russian economy.
This leads to an increased demand to train managerial personnel in the automotive industry, who are expected to lead sustainable development and create a strategic path for the economy.
The SUM Department of Transport System Management has successfully trained specialists in the automotive industry for 80 years, and is constantly improving its educational processes in order to stay up-to-date with developments in the industry. Graduates of the department currently work in operational, economic, commercial and other units of enterprises engaged in freight-forwarding services and the automotive business. The department trains specialists equipped to meet economic challenges and who possess a high level of expertise in the sector.
