Information on distance learning for students

Pursuant to Rector Ivan Lobanov’s Order No. 89V dated 16 March, the entire educational process at SUM will be switched to a remote format for the period of preventive measures in response to the spread of the coronavirus.

The learning process is organised based on students’ personal profiles on the distance learning platform.

Students will receive the necessary materials and assignments for the courses in their personal accounts and via e-mail.  They can also pose questions to professors and discuss the tasks with fellow students.

If necessary, the following documents can be requested via the personal account in the Unified Dean’s Office system:
•  university certificate,
• authorisation note,
• extract from the order,
• certificate of training,
• licence copy,
• copy of the university accreditation certificate.

To do this, you will need to access the page of the Unified Dean Office through your personal account and fill in the relevant forms.  The document can be mailed via Russian Post or it can be picked up at the Pass Office in the Laboratory Building between 2.00 AM and 4.00 AM.
