International Parliamentary Scholarship — Applications open until 31 August!

Have you ever dreamed of working in Germany? The Bundestag, in cooperation with Berlin universities, invites young professionals for a 15-week internship with a member of parliament. Applications are accepted until 31 August.

The Bundestag, in cooperation with three Berlin universities (Free University, Humboldt University and Technical University), gives young people from 44 countries, including Russia, an opportunity to get to know the German parliamentary system and its political decision-making process during a 15-week internship with a member of the Bundestag, as well as to acquire some practical experience in the field of parliamentary activity.

An independent committee of the Bundestag decides who is eligible. Applications are accepted until 31 August 2019. Requirements for applicants: Russian citizenship, higher education, excellent knowledge of German, knowledge of German politics, history and social studies, maximum 30 years of age at the beginning of the internship.
