Lecture by Professor Nicolas Bernard Rouiller of Switzerland

On March 5, at the Institute of public administration and law, Nicolas Bernard Rouiller, visiting foreign Professor of Switzerland and Honorary lawyer of the Russian Federation, delivered a lecture for students and teachers. The lecture was devoted to the history and general concept of International law. As a result, Nicolas Bernard Rouillet not only speaked out the world’s opinion on the instruments of International law, but also answered personal questions from the listeners.
