More than three thousand people visited SUM’s stand at the Moscow International Fair ‘Education and Career’
The 50th Moscow International Fair ‘Education and Career’ finished its work in Gostinyy Dvor on 10 November. The State University of Management stand was visited by more than three thousand people.
‘Education and Career’ is like an Open Day, where representatives from leading Russian universities tell schoolchildren, prospective students and their parents about the terms of enrolment, study and further employment of graduates.
Visitors come here to ask questions, get answers in person and listen to presentations to decide which university to choose. We also speak about the employment prospects for graduates,
said Aleksey Nikulin, Director of the Admissions, Academic Mobility and Career Office of the State University of Management.
The most frequently asked questions are about preparation courses, educational and extracurricular activities, open days and the availability of student accommodation.
We have another two years of school ahead of us, but we are already considering where our daughter should enrol. We were very interested to hear about the plans to open a pre-university at SUM, and we are seriously thinking of sending our daughter there when she is in 11th grade,
said Irina, a visitor to the fair and a mother of a 10th grade student from a Moscow school.
The International Fair ‘Education and Career’ is held annually in Moscow with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Moscow City Government.
