Moscow Exchange PJSC held a master class for SUM students
On 5 March, on the eve of International Women’s Day, 4th-year students of the Human Resources Management programme of the Institute of Human Resources and Social and Business Communications were given a master class on the development of relevant skills in modern recruitment. The lecture was presented by distinguished guests and speakers, representatives from Moscow Exchange PJSC: Yekaterina Dukhanina, Head of Recruitment, HR and HR Policy Department; and Yuliya Romanenkova, who graduated last year from the Human Resource Management Department and is now a leading specialist of the Recruitment group at the Moscow Exchange.
During the master class students learned about the specifics of work and the prospects of career development in Moscow Exchange PJSC. They also discussed the specifics of candidate analysis, technology for identifying talent, exclusive selection for key positions and many interesting and useful facts about recruitment. Representatives from the Moscow Exchange particularly emphasised the demand for graduates with master’s degrees. Master’s programme students are invited to a paid internship in the company.
Following the master class, Moscow Exchange concluded one more contract with SUM.
