Projects of the Youth Policy and Educational Department of SUM to be held online

The State University of Management becomes a digital university that not only teaches students but also supports student life. Due to the transition to distance learning, the projects of the Youth Policy and Educational Department have also been digitalised.

  • On 25 March the online elections for chairman of the Student Councils will take place in IEF, ISML and IIS. For updates on the election campaign, follow the official pages of the SUM Student Council on social media. 
  • From 23–29 March, the Schools of Curator of all SUM’s institutes will be available via VK, where students will be consulted by teachers and experts on group projects. The list of pages is available here.
  • As part of the online project ‘Developing a Project for the All-Russian Competition of Youth Projects. Grants to Individuals’, leading experts from Rosmolodezh will talk about the specifics and features of developing project documentation, drawing up an application and reporting on implemented projects.
  • The Insta Challenge ‘A Story of a Family—History of the Country’ will very soon be launched on a popular social network to commemorate the heroes of the Second World War. In the Year of Memory and Glory, the State University of Management invites everyone to take part in the Challenge aimed at sharing family stories related to the Second World War.
  • The next KVN game will be held online The captains were given the task of shooting a video in the format of a business card and putting it in the League’s group in VK. The winners will be determined by Jury and audience voting.
  • As part of the online project ‘How to Stay Calm In the Middle of Hysteria?’, psychologist of the Youth Policy and Education Department of SUM Natalya Sheykhet will talk about ways of avoiding hysteria in society and the media related to COVID-19. She will also share techniques to channel negative emotions in a positive direction.  The project will be launched on the social media pages of SUM and YPED.
  • Social media pages and the SUM website will publish information on internet projects for self-development during distance learning in line with the institute’s profile (virtual tours, podcasts, museums, open platforms for online education etc).
