SUM Pre-University at the Finish Line

This year, the State University of Management opens the doors of its ‘School of Future Managers of the Digital Age’ Pre-University. The institution aims to give school students the knowledge necessary to apply to SUM and other universities.

The second stage of preparations for the opening of SUM’s pre-university has concluded. With the help of the University’s institutes, the project’s coordinators have developed a number of research and project programmes and approved the curriculum up until 2022. This means that year 10 and 11 school students will soon have the opportunity to receive training in socioeconomics and IT, including in-depth study of the required subjects for successful admission to SUM and other Russian universities.

The Pre-University is a school within the University where students can experience real student life. As well as the school curriculum, they can master the subjects of their future professions.

The Pre-University has an open communication area – a space for holding training sessions, workshops, and casual meetings. In addition to studying in regular classes, students will also have the opportunity to meet researchers and representatives of major IT companies and businesses. This will help to make their immersion in both academic life and the environment of the civil service, business, and IT more effective.
