SUM professor awarded diploma ‘For Services to the Healthcare of Russia’s Children’

On 5 March Viktor Cherepov, Professor, Head of the Department of Management in Healthcare and Sport Industry, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Honoured Doctor of the Russian Federation, was awarded the diploma of the Union of Paediatricians of Russia ”For Services to the Healthcare of Russia’s Children’.

The diploma of the Union of Paediatricians of Russia is official recognition by the professional community of the achievements of the Department of Management in Healthcare and Sport Industry of the State University of Management. The Union’s mission includes

promotion of mother and child healthcare; preservation and increase in the traditions of Russian paediatrics, protection and assistance to the paediatric service in its activities; unification of practicing doctors, scientists and employees of the higher paediatric school to address pressing practical, scientific and educational issues of maternal and child healthcare.
