SUM’s Winter Project Office: Fieldwork at PRODEXPO 2020.

SUM’s Winter Project Office team has presented its #FARMxRESTAURANT digital project at PRODEXPO2020. In turn, food producers and agriculture representatives shared their experiences of the nuances and challenges of business and the industry.  The interactive presentation format allowed the students of the Winter Project Office to establish partnerships and exchange contact details for further cooperation on the digital platform.

A partner roadmap for prospective cooperation was agreed upon with LLC Chistyye Produkty, a company engaged in dairy production, breeding cattle and fowl, and cultivating fruits, vegetables and micro-greenery.

The Winter Project Office’s #FARMxRESTAURANT team will continue its work at the exhibition until the end of PRODEXPO2020.
