The webinar of the All-Russian Civil Youth Campaign #Reshaem2020 has been postponed. 

In view of the ongoing epidemic and following the reported indefinite postponement of the All-Russian vote on the amendments to the Constitution, the webinar is deemed to be no longer of relevance.

The new date for the broadcast will be announced later.
