The Week’s Results. SUM Team at the Ostrov 10–22 Intensive Course
As part of the Ostrov 10–22 Intensive Course, Mikhail Kotyukov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, met with rectors of national universities. During their direct conversation with Mikhail Kotyukov, SUM Rector Ivan Lobanov discussed the assessment of new technologies in creating campuses as hubs for economic and innovative urban development. The Minister hosted the discussion on Expectations from the Scientific and Educational Centre Programme with business representatives and talked about the agenda of the new form of network cooperation in education.
The SUM team also continued its work at Ostrov 10–22. As part of the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Laboratory SUM Vice Rector Xenia Ekimova held a seminar on calculating budget for a particular CPE product. The SUM team members presented the key points of the University’s technological development for the next ten years. At the heart of the programme is a lifelong learning AI-based customisation project implemented in the NeuroNet market and a concept of using AI in corporate governance implemented in the EduNet market.
The previous day marked a very important event for the SUM team. Mikhail Nachevsky, Acting Head of SUM Digital Economy and High Technologies Project and Laboratory, confirmed his competencies as a public expert in technologies of the National Technological Initiative for the EduNet market.
