Waltraut Ritter, Expert from Hong Kong, Will Join State University of Management as Professor and Researcher to Present a Series of Lectures on Governance of Smart Cities
Waltraut Ritter is Director General of Knowledge Dialogues (Hong Kong/Germany) and an expert specialising in research related to the governance of ‘smart cities’. Ritter is engaged in hands-on, practice-oriented educational projects in innovation and intellectual capital at the intersection between universities and business.
In 1997 Waltraut Ritter left Germany for Hong Kong and founded Knowledge Dialogues to create public discourse for all aspects of ‘knowledge’ in business and society. She is a guest lecturer at several universities in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
She will present her programme ‘Governance of smart cities’ at the State University of Management.
