The Institute of Marketing Announces a Creative Competition for Creating Brand Elements for the Educational Institution
SUM students of any year and educational programme are invited to take part.
Form of participation:
- Qualifying round, extra-mural
- Final round, intra-mural
Type of participation:
- Individual
- Group (teams of up to 5 people)
You must have a research advisor!
You can choose one area of focus or prepare an all-round project.
COMPETITION PROJECT AREAS:
- Development of layouts of advertising products (advertising brochure, POS materials)
- Development of layouts of souvenir products (set of 7–9 elements)
- Development of the website layout of the SUM Admissions Committee
- Development of a design model for a mascot
- Audio and video materials for the promotion of the SUM brand (presentation, promotional video, teaser, jingle)
- SUM brand promotional campaign on social networks and messengers
- Video clip: ‘How we worked on the project’

Nomination categories
- Best design layout of branded media (website layouts, mascot, advertising and souvenir products)
- Best project promoting the SUM brand in social networks and messengers
- Best creative solution and innovation (all areas of the competition projects)
- Best audio and video material (audio and video materials for SUM brand promotion, ‘How we worked on the project’ video clip)

Competition procedure
Competition start date: 18 February 2020.
Round 1. Qualifying round
: Participants fill in a registration form at the link and email the materials to: konkursbrendim@gmail.com before 12 am on 25 March 2020.
The jury for the extra-mural round selects the best projects and announces the results of the qualifying round on 27–28 March on the SUM IM website.
Round 2. The final round
will take place on 1 April 2020 at SUM’s Tochka Kipeniya where the Finalists will present their projects.
The jury of the intra-mural round will assess the contestants and announce the winners in each category.

Intra-mural round: Heads of SUM departments and representatives of industrial partners |

Confirmation or award documents:
For participants: diplomas of winners, prizewinners, laureates or certificates; gifts from sponsors.
For supervisors (on request): diplomas for the preparation of competition participants.

- Electronic entry form
