#Решаем2020 at SUM

The State University of Management invites students to participate in a flash mob dedicated to the Constitution of the Russian Federation.  

The purpose of the flash mob is to raise awareness about the importance of the Constitution as the highest legal statute. According to a survey, 41% of respondents have never even opened the Constitution in their lives. 24% said that they had read it but no longer remember anything, with a similar number admitting that they barely remember the content of the Constitution.

To take part in the flash mob, make a video clip featuring people reading out lines from the Preamble to the Constitution. Upload your videos to social media with the hashtag #Решаем2020. You can also provide the survey data in an attachment to your video clip.
