Congratulations to the Winners of the Student Olympiad on the Basics of HR Management!

Students of the State University of Management took first and third place at the Student Olympiad on the Basics of HR Management, outperforming teams from other leading universities.

Lomonosov Moscow State University held the online Student Olympiad on the Basics of HR Management over March and April. Participants of the competition included student teams from the State University of Management, Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Financial University, the Russian State Social University, Ivanovo State University and Ryazan State Radio Engineering University.

The Olympiad was divided into two rounds, the first of which involved making a comic about a pressing issue in the field of HR management. The second round tasked the teams with writing an essay on arranging remote work for staff.

The competition ended with two SUM teams taking first and third place:

1st place: SMARTTeam – K. Morozova, M. Volkova, T. Mikheenkova, E. Sdobnikova, A. Mameko (Human Resource Management 3-2)

3rd place: Guushnitsy – A. Volodina, I. Sabynina, S. Dudnikova, E. Sukhorukova, A. Chirova (Human Resource Management 3-1)

The jury of the Olympiad, headed by Professor Pugachyova (Chair of the HR Management Department at the MSU Faculty of Public Administration), remarked on the advanced knowledge of the participants, as well as their creative abilities and thinking, sense of humour, determination and ability to overcome difficulties.
