New Admission Rules for the 2020/2021 Academic Year

Dear applicants!

Due to the measures taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with Decree of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation No. 547  dated 3 April 2020, the admission rules for higher education programmes have been changed. This affects bachelors’ degrees programmes, masters’ degrees programmes and postgraduate scientific and pedagogical staff training programmes for the 2020/2021 academic year.
