Papers Presented at the Stepping into the Future Forum Sent to World-Famous Libraries

Publications from the 1st International Research-to-Practice Conference ‘Stepping into the Future: Artificial Intelligence and the Digital Economy’ and the 2nd International Scientific Forum ‘Stepping into the Future: Artificial Intelligence and the Digital Economy: A Revolution in Management: The New Digital Economy or the New World of Machines’ have been sent to the Library of Congress in the US and the National Library of China.

The Library of Congress research library is the de facto national library of the United States and the largest library in the world. Its collection expands at a rate of roughly two million items per year and currently contains approximately 155 million books.

The National Library of China is a comprehensive science library, national repository of publications and national bibliographic centre. The library stores over 26 million books in 115 languages from all over the world. It is open all year round, and offers 24/7 online library services.

The international scientific forum organised by the State University of Management has traditionally been a centre of attraction for experts, researchers, practitioners and managers from around the world. Its events are organised around the ‘Digital Economy of the Russian Federation’ and ‘Exporting Russian Education’ priority programmes for Russia.

On 9–10 December 2019, the Moscow Digital Business Space hosted the 3rd International Scientific Forum ‘Step into the Future: Artificial Intelligence and the Digital Economy.

 

The main topic of Smart Nations: Economy of Digital Equality is the development and implementation of the ‘Digital Economy of the Russian Federation’ national programme. It also deals with matters related to the global digital divide resulting from technological breakthrough of the new digital economy.

1,115 participants, 16 countries, 35 Russian regions, 20 IT companies and 42 universities have taken part in the forum, which has resulted in over 400 new publications. The event has been watched by a total of46,769,000 people across various media.
