SUM – One of the Top 7 Universities in Russia

The State University of Management now occupies the honorary seventh place among the best social and economic universities of Russia in the National Recognition rankings.

According to Univer-Expert, the SUM took the 7th position in the rankings with 77.3 points. The evaluation method of National Recognition is based on the idea that a university is not just its campus or research and education facilities, but rather its people and staff – the researchers and teachers. They evaluated the total expert potential of universities, equal to the sum of expert evaluation of all teachers and researchers. The assessment took into account the h-index, based on the number of works cited in the Russian Science Citation Index. It is thanks to its teachers and researchers that the SUM managed to occupy such a high position among the best universities of the country.
