SUM Rector Ivan Lobanov Named Co-Chairman of Jury Panel for All-Russian Contest of Library Innovations 2019

SUM Rector Ivan Lobanov joined the jury panel for the 3rd All-Russian Contest of Library Innovations—a large-scale project organised by the Russian State Library. Jurors include heads of the largest libraries and universities, leaders in innovations and heads of professional communities.

The All-Russian Contest of Library Innovations serves as a tool to involve libraries in solving the issues of Russia’s cultural and economic development and implementation of the Culture national project.

The ARCLI is a platform used to share practice and theory and familiarise professional communities with innovations as well as a means of supporting libraries that actively use innovative tools in their line of work.

This contest helps form the pool of knowledge and professional workers for libraries, identifies the most promising focus areas and promotes innovations.
