The State University of Management is a key participant in the first digital Russian Population Census

The Russian Population Census is an important event that can be used not only to assess the current state of all spheres of life in the country but also to plan its socio-economic development for the next decade.

In 2020, the census will be conducted for the first time in digital form. Paper census sheets will be replaced by tablets, and hand-counting will be replaced by the Population digital analytical platform.

The State University of Management is a longstanding partner of the Federal Service for State Statistics and has regularly provided methodological and analytical support for statistical research. As part of the first digital Russian Census, SUM will be responsible for methodological training, expert and analytical support, monitoring and subsequent analysis of census results.
