Webinar ‘Attracting and Retaining New Subscribers through Summer Events’
The State University of Management is to host a webinar dedicated to the analysis of the telecom project ‘Attracting and Retaining New Subscribers through Summer Events‘. The webinar will be hosted by Anton Novikov who previously headed the Garnet case club.
The webinar will use the telecom project to show how to decompose business tasks and properly build the structure and logic of solutions to them as well as common mistakes made by teams in case championships.
During the webinar Anton will invite the audience to develop a series of summer events to maximise the company’s profits by attracting and retaining new subscribers.
As a bonus, the host will share his insights into trends in the telecom industry.
